10. Other explanatory remarks:| Mutual attribution of voting rights between W.M. Günther, O. Jaster, Othello Drei Beteiligungs GmbH&Co.KG & Othello Vier Beteiligungs GmbH&Co.KG due to voting pooling agreement. The voting pooling agreement entered into force on 24.10.19, as a result of which 33.84% was attributed to W.M. Günther. Under English law applicable at the time, no notification was required. Now falling below the 30% threshold due to restructuring. |
