- Andreas Keil appointed new CFO

- Dr Hans Cornehl to become Executive Board Chairman

(Hamburg, 23 January 2013) Andreas Keil (49), business graduate, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Tipp24 SE as of 1 February 2013.

After spending five years as CFO of the SDAX-listed, specialty chemicals company H&R AG, he worked for the last few months as a freelance consultant for business and financial matters. From 2006 to 2007, Andreas Keil was a Managing Director within the US ConocoPhillips Group. Prior to this, he held various management positions at the French Louis Dreyfus Group from 1994 to 2006, including six years as Managing Director of a major oil refinery. After qualifying as a bank clerk and studying business administration, he began his career with the auditing company Ernst & Young AG.

Dr Hans Cornehl (45) will become Chairman of the Executive Board once again. After the spin-off of Lotto24 AG in July 2012, he was the sole member of the Executive Board of Tipp24 SE.
