voting rights in Tipp24 SE, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007847147, WKN:
784714, has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on September
20, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (240,164 voting rights).
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

pursuant to § 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that its proportion of voting rights in
