In view of the successful progress in preparing the transition of the CEO
position from Dr Hans Cornehl to Dr Helmut Becker, Dr Cornehl agreed with
the Supervisory Board to implement the change in ZEAL Network SE's
leadership already on 1 September 2015 and to leave the company as of that
date.
