1. On January 21, 2009 Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, United
Kingdom, has informed us in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA, Milano,
Italy, according section 21, paragraph 1 of the WpHG that on January 16,
2009 the voting interest of KIM SpA in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Germany, went
below the threshold of 10% and amounts to 9.61% (852,994 shares) of the
voting rights on this day.

3.004% (266,561 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to KIM SpA in
accordance with section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG. 6.61%
(586,433 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to KIM SpA in
accordance with section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in Tipp24 AG
are to be attributed to KIM SpA: Kairos Fund Ltd


2. On January 22, 2009 Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, United
Kingdom, has informed us in their own name and in the name and on behalf of
KIM BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands according section 21, paragraph 1 of the
WpHG that on January 20, 2009 the voting interest of KIM BV and Kairos
Investment Management Ltd. in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Germany, went each below
the threshold of 5% and amounts to each 4.71% (417,659 shares) of the
voting rights on this day.

4.71% (417,659 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to KIM BV and
Kairos Investment Management Ltd. each in accordance with section 22
paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 (for KIM BV in connection with sentence 2) of
the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in Tipp24 AG
are to be attributed to KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management Limited:
Kairos Fund Ltd.


3. On January 23, 2009 Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, United
Kingdom, has informed us in the name and on behalf of Kairos Fund Ltd,
George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Island, according section 21, paragraph 1
of the WpHG that on January 22, 2009 the voting interest of Kairos Fund
Ltd. in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and
amounts to 2.77% (245,976 shares) of the voting rights on this day.
