ZEAL Network SE: Revised dividend policy to pay annual dividends of EUR 2.80 per share; first interim dividend of EUR 0.70 to be paid on 31 March 2015

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Executive Board has proposed, and the Supervisory Board has approved, with immediate effect, a revised dividend policy under which the Company will pay an annual dividend of at least EUR 2.80 per share from 2015 onwards. The dividend is expected to be paid as four interim dividends in 2015: an announcement of the amount of each interim dividend, and the record date for entitlement to the dividend, will be made in advance of payment. The record date for this year's first interim dividend, amounting to EUR 0.70 per share, will be 30 March 2015 and the payment and ex-dividend date will be 31 March 2015. Accordingly, no final dividend for 2014 will be proposed to this year's AGM. Dividends will continue to be paid in quarterly installments in the following years, one of which may be a final dividend.
