(London, 13 March 2014) In a secondary lottery held by MyLotto24 Ltd, a fully consolidated minority shareholding of Tipp24 SE, a player has won a jackpot of around EUR 6.7 million.

Including the above jackpot prize, the amount of winnings payouts for secondary lotteries in the current fiscal year 2014 was EUR 3.9 million in total above the statistical average. This has resulted so far in a negative revenue effect in the same amount.

This negative effect may be offset by winnings payouts during the remainder of the current fiscal year below the statistical average, or by increased stakes received due to a high frequency of large jackpots. Statistical fluctuations like these are inherent in the secondary lottery business model. As previously stated, Tipp24 SE intends to announce its guidance for fiscal year 2014 at its annual press conference on 26 March 2014.
