Court responsible in Hamburg concerning the legal appointment of Mr.
Hendrik Pressmar as a new member of the Supervisory Board. The application
became necessary after the current member of the Supervisory Board, Ms.
Annet Aris, retired from the Supervisory Board with effect from 19 December
2008.
