2/ What data do we process?
As soon as you visit our website, we collect various data for the purpose of establishing a technical connection, displaying our website and product offers in a way that is user-friendly for your device, and for system security. The data collected in the course of communication between your device and our servers includes in particular the following data:
- IP address,
- time,
- the requested page and
- Information about the device you are using, operating system and browser version.
We process the transmitted IP address strictly for the intended purpose, for a period of 90 days, in the interest of being able to recognise, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites and in order to fulfil the requirements and ancillary provisions contained in our permission required under gambling law. After this period, we delete or anonymise the IP address.
The legal basis for the processing of the above-mentioned data is Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 c) and Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3/ Cookies
We use cookies on our websites. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and can be read. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual meeting. Cookies can contain data that enables identification of the device used. In some cases, however, cookies only contain information on certain settings that cannot be related to an individual.
You can set your browser in a way that it notifies you about the placement of cookies. This makes the use of cookies transparent for you. You can also delete cookies at any time via the corresponding browser setting and prevent the setting of new cookies. Google Re-Captcha
On our website we use the tool reCaptcha of the company Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, 4 Dublin, Ireland. This tool is used to distinguish between humans and bots. We use this data to ensure the full functionality of our website. In this context, your browser may transmit personal data to Google reCaptcha. The legal basis for the data processing is Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the error-free functioning of the website. The data is deleted as soon as the purpose of its collection has been fulfilled. “Optimisation Tracking” includes:
Google Marketing Platform
We use the Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick) analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, 4 Dublin, Ireland. We use this service to record and report the user’s actions on the website after viewing or clicking on one of the provider’s ads, with the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of an advertisement and displaying targeted advertising to the user. These services use cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from being served ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, Google can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions, i.e. whether a user sees an ad and later visits the advertiser’s website and makes a purchase there. According to Google, these cookies do not contain any personal information.
Your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this service. According to Google, by integrating these services, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your user account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address. The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR. 4/ Online applications
You have the opportunity to apply for the ¬positions we advertise via our website.¬ You yourself determine the scope of the data you wish to transmit to us as part of your online application. We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection ¬regulations on the basis of Section 26 Federal Data Protection Act. We process the data that you disclose to us as part of your online application solely for the purpose of ¬selecting applicants. Data processing for other purposes does not take place.
You yourself determine the scope of the data you ¬wish to transmit to us as part of your online application. ¬Online applications are transmitted ¬electronically in encrypted form to a server of our service provider Greenhouse Software Inc., 5 Harcourt Road – 2nd Floor, Dublin D02-FW64, Ireland. The applicant data will only be forwarded to the heads of the relevant departments in our company. Your data will not be passed on beyond this. Your data will be treated confidentially in our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 3 months.
In the event that we may also consider your application for other or future job advertisements, we ask that you indicate this on your application. We will then process your data on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR.
5/ Commissioned data processing
We transfer your data within the scope of order processing pursuant to Article 28 GDPR to service providers who support us in the operation of our websites and the associated processes (here analytical tracking and online application). Our service providers are ¬strictly bound by instructions and contractually obligated to us ¬accordingly. We use the following service providers: Greenhouse Software Inc., Google.
In some cases, we also transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU in this context. In each case, we have ensured an appropriate level of data protection. We have therefore concluded data processing contracts with the providers on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.
6/ YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos on some subpages of our website. YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The videos are stored on www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website. We have integrated them with the “extended data protection mode”, which means that no data of our visitors is transmitted to YouTube unless the videos are played. Your data will only be transferred when the video is played. We have no influence on this data transmission. Further information on the purpose and scope of data processing by YouTube, which also takes place on servers in the USA, can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy. There you will also receive further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy.
7/ Google maps
We use Google Maps to display maps and to create directions¬. Google Maps is operated by ¬Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
If you use the Google Maps map, e.g. by clicking on our ¬locations listed there¬, we do not collect any data from you. However, through the use of Google Maps, information about your ¬use (in particular the IP address of your computer) ¬may be transmitted ¬to a server of Google Ireland Limited in the USA and stored there.

8/ Your rights as a user
When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you certain rights as a website user:
Right of access by the data subject (Article 15 GDPR):
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have the right to be informed about this personal data and to receive the information listed in detail in Article 15 GDPR.
Right to rectification and erasure (Article 16 and 17 GDPR):
You have the right to request without delay the correction of any inaccurate personal data concerning you and, where applicable, the completion of any incomplete personal data.
You also have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted without delay if one of the ¬reasons listed in ¬detail in Article 17 GDPR ¬applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.
Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR):

In certain cases, which are detailed in Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to ¬receive the personal data concerning you in a structured¬, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of this data to a third party.
Right to object (Article 21 GDPR):
If data is collected on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR (data processing for the protection of legitimate interests), you have the right to ¬object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. ¬We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, ¬or the processing serves to assert, exercise or ¬defend legal claims.
Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
