Attractive dividend policy
The Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2025 the payment of a dividend of € 2.40 per share. Representing a total payout to shareholders of around €50.6 million (2024: €23.8 million). The dividend will consist of a basic dividend of €1.30 and a special dividend of €1.10.
ZEAL intends to distribute a steadily increasing basic dividend to our shareholders in the coming years and, depending on the ZEAL Group’s performance, further capital in the form of special dividends and/or as part of share repurchase programs.
