Attractive dividend policy
The Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2024 approved a dividend of €1.10 per share. This represents a total payout to shareholders of around €23.8 million.
Depending on the ZEAL Group’s performance, we also plan to distribute further increased amounts to our shareholders in the coming years years in the form of dividends and/or as part of share buyback programmes.
