In addition to organisational and business policy principles, we believe that the internal and external mechanisms for controlling and monitoring the Group are integral components, as are the efficient cooperation between Management Board and Supervisory Board, the transparent communication of Group activities and the respect of shareholder interests. With the aid of good corporate governance, we aim to promote the trust of
national and international investors, financial markets, our business associates, employees and the general public in the management and monitoring of ZEAL.
